Welcome to Schnell Recovery, our mission is to deliver exceptional healing through Massage Therapy in conjunction with other scientifically backed and well proven methods such as our Infrared Sauna and Gym so as to most effectively foster healing and enhance well-being.
We employ a variety of techniques, including deep-tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point work, movement therapies, and stretching. We’re committed to helping clients minimize discomfort, improve flexibility, and optimize functionality. With our expertise in soft tissue manipulation, we strive to provide our clients with the pain relief they deserve, empowering them to achieve their wellness goals.

Throughout my journey as an athlete, musician, and individual, I've encountered a multitude of significant challenges, each requiring a diverse array of solutions to restore balance in my life. Commencing with my martial arts training at the age of 15 I have consistently pursued various forms of physical conditioning. By my early 20’s I was participating in Strongman competitions as well as engaging in practices such as yoga, powerlifting, kettlebells, rowing, and more. Driven by an unwavering dedication to push my physical limits, I realized the imperative need for comprehensive recovery strategies not only to optimize performance but also to maintain overall well-being and enhance quality of life.
For over a decade I’ve successfully managed symptoms of my own neuromuscular disorder, Dystonia. Through diligent, educated, and mindful self-care protocols including practices such as massage and stretching as well as general and corrective exercises I’ve been able to sustain my active lifestyle, one encompassing martial arts, yoga, and a genuine commitment to health & wellness.
I encountered a significant setback two years ago in the form of a very serious car accident, this catastrophe propelled me into a new phase of healing, one requiring a renewed commitment to self-care and a promise to myself to remain disciplined in my recovery and thereon. Throughout this and other transformative experiences I’ve continuously deepened my dedication to the healing process and found purpose in supporting others on their own paths to recovery through a diverse range of modalities.
